Where to find those wee little ice packs?

Does anyone know where you can get those little ice packs that slide into your nickers?

I have bad swelling, which I have been assured is just from the extra pressure and blood flow made worse by my sacroillic joint dysfunction, but after a day of being active and on my feet is can be really painful and uncomfortable.

I was given frozen condoms by my hosp for the swelling after the birth of my first, but I wanted something a little more re-usuable and economical.

    Any one know?

Maybe you could buy those really cheap sanitary pads (the surfboard ones LOL) - soak in water and freeze - would be more sanitary than reuseables...

Hi guys you can buy femme pads which are designed for wearing in your knickers you can refrigerate them they don't recomend that you freeze them but i did with both of my baby's. They are reusable you just wash them with soapy water they come in a set of two so you can keep one cold then swap them and wash and cool the second one. They are available from the ABA website. I loved them.
    Hope that helps

When i had DS#1 - the hopspital gave me frozen clear sachets of eye wash (cant think of the proper name for it) they work really well cause even when frozen they become pliable quite quickly. I loved them.

Not sure if you could get them from the chemist ?
