Hi Ladies, well finally some good news for me, went for my US this morning and lining is all squishy and ready to go. I just had my Trigger injection and am officially waiting for transfer. Transfer date is 9th July...... lets hope this ones a winner :pray:
Hi ladies. Awesome start to a new thread. Well I had my BFP confirmed by BT. Very excited yet surreal.
Wondering if anyone would like to take over the list. It seems to have brought both Vic and I good luck :)
I'm happy to keep doing it for a little while but if anyone would like to take it over then let me know.
I'll update it and pop it up on this new thread soon.

jane - congrats on your BT results, great numbers! :confetti: i will politely decline doing the list, im not doing AC this month or next, as having a biopsy, so probably wont be on bb that much. im sure someone will stick their hand up for it, simply to get in on the good luck it seems to bring. ;) (if things get desperate, i could probably do it, just wont be as often as vic/yourself!).
mrs mac - good news, glad your transfer is booked and ready to go. do you have many frozen embryos?
hi everyone else.
afm - not much going on, natural cycle this month - so really a month off. i am now planning to have a biopsy/hysteroscopy next month (to be done after ovulation), then thinking a stim cycle after that. or maybe transferring my last embryo/s. see how i feel next month i guess. hope everyone had a lovely weekend, and that monday was bearable for you all. :)
Just one embie out of this cycle ladies, the other wasn't suitable for freezing :(

Afm BT & scan are on Friday, & my intralipid! Does anyone else ever feel really full all the time leading up to EPU?

Myturn, I hope you don't mind me updating the list, I updated my own bit knowing my BT now (thinking of changing it, 13th, hellooooooo!!). Practice for me anyway if you're not on belly that day :)

AFM - Must have hit a boood vessel or something yesterday when stabbing - as I came up with a beauty of a blue bruise last night! I did bleed a bit more than usual (as usually there's no blood, and if there is it's only a little drip....) anyway, hopefully I don't do that to myself again! Feeling a bit better physically and emotionally today - starting to feel the 'hopeful' positive vibes.... don't know if it means I will be setting myself up for a total meltdown - but as DH says to me, just think positive babe - and for now, I will stick with a realistic positive (I hope!) acknowledging that there is a chance, but accepting that it might not happen, and I'll be okay with whatever happens.
Totally protective I know!
Going for acupuncture on monday - apparently there is a placebo group as well as a trial group - and I (of course) have no idea which one I am in... so... here's hoping the placebo helps anyway!!!
Sadly I know he is going to say lose weight :rolleyes:

myturn - hate it when you hit a vessel, those bruises are nasty. tend to not hurt afterwards so much, just look impressive! glad you're feeling a bit better today. xx
PS - yep, usually feel full before epu. only time i didnt was last stim, which i had more eggs collected - go figure. best of luck for friday. :)
emma - always good to get a couple embryo's squirreled away for later... hoping you wont need them though. xx

afm - technically i am in the tww, looks like i ovulated tuesday (cd 17). i dont go in there on a natural cycle though - it would seriously be the 8th wonder of the world if i got pregnant naturally. (i hear you all though, 'you never know...'!!) xx
Okay, saw the new FS.
In his words, he is a "cowboy" :lol: He recommended the following -
- NK cell biopsy in his room on 23rd July (like a pap smear)
- Four months of DHEA, melatonin, stem cell therapy (costs about $2k)
- Use of G-CSF (a cancer drug) which has had some really, really good results for women who have repeated IVF failure or recurrent miscarriage.
- Stim cycle using colorado protocol, also an experimental thing of injecting hcg directly into the uterus at time of transfer.
He didnt seem that concerned about my weight (although he said it would be good to lose some kgs) and said that, given my AMH/FSH I have about one to two years left of ttc.
Oh, also, I read my file. My current FS wrote I had a chemical pregnancy last October. It was weird reading that because I never thought of it like that. I have to admit it made me a little teary :(
Geez... I'll have to hit google to find out what some of those things are - good that there are 'things' out there to try though?
