Terry im so sorry to hear it wasnt good news :( i know how dissapointing it feels but try and keep positive you still have one embie left so fingers crossed the last one will be your time. Amy good luck and i too will pop in to see how you go xoxo

ATM I feel yuk today. Tried to eat a banana and it made me gag. DP was concerned about his job recenty and was a real stress bucket. But he just got promoted yesterday, which gives us the chance of a few more cycles if things done work out. Seems like the 6th is ages away.

My blood test is on Wednesday, I POAS yesterday and got a BFN but that wasnt a suprise, I was only day 9 :rolleys:

Hello - it's pretty quiet in here!
Had my transfer today. I'm not feeling too good about it though, it was really unpleasant. FS couldn't get the tube in, it took way longer than it should have - they had to take the embryo back when it became obvious that it wasn't working. I had two lots of local anaesthetic, which I've had to have before but this time it hurt.:cry: Sorry to come in here and winge. It hasn't been a great start. These transfers are meant to be the easy bit. They always suck for me and they're getting worse.

I really hope this is the last one.

Oh thats not good hun. I had a horrible transfer as well. I have a tilited cervix so it was really painful when they put the tub in as well.

Fingers crossed its a sign that all the crap stuff is out of the way and youll get your gorgeous little bub :)

Kass and Amy sorry to hear your transfer experiences are upleasant. For this transfer the FS had to go back into the room where my embie was with me stuck with my legs open and bits hanging out. I was really annoyed as I stress out enough about the transfer with out me tensing up more with the stupid clamp thing stuck in me waiting for them to get their act together. I actually think the guy who filled into for my FS last time was more gentle.

Can I join???? :-) Just had my transfer yesterday! Fingers crossed.

Thanks ladies - I'm really trying to be positive. The only good bit about yesterday was that unlike the last couple of times I didn't bleed, so even though it was by far the most uncomfortable, it may have been less traumatic. I'm really worried that the time waiting around around wasn't good for the embryo, and all of the needles and poking which has left me really swollen (sorry TMI) hasn't created an ideal environment.
Ok -I've got it all out - no more complaining for me. If I have to go again I'll be asking for a happy pill!
Amy - Sorry you didn't have a great transfer either. Fx you won't need another! How are you finding the wait now you're getting so close?

Far out it sounds like we are all having a bad time with our FS's atm. I think sometimes they forget that peoples feelings are involved and it is a different experience for everyone and that we arent just another number. Grrr!!!

Well im travelling ok. Had a call from DH this morning. He went back to work on light duties (he is a diesel mechanic on a mine but atm he is doing the planning position while he heals) He said he rolled over in bed the other night and split his stiches open from his biopsy. He went to the medic today who has said it has to be restitched and they are flying him home tomorrow night. Of course I want him home if he isnt well, but we had to pay the $280 to get him home and its another weeks wages down so about $2700 loss :(

On the upside ive spent the whole weekend veging out with my mum watching movies, going to the markets, watching her do all my ironing hehehe. Im actually feeling very positive about the whole thing, I just hope it doesnt all come crashing down on Wednesday. I think as much as you try not to get your hopes up you just cant help it.

Sorry if TMI but I have been peeing constantly, my (.Y.) are huge! Im normally an E cup but I had to go and buy another bra yesterday because it was just so uncomfortable and ive gone up to a F cup :o Im just feeling really tired and run down but hopefully its all good signs.

Hope you lovely ladies have had a fab weekend and I look forward to lots of chatter and happy results in the coming days/2 weeks.

Very quiet in here!!!

Well just an update, I have had excruciating pains in my stomach all day and right around to my bowels. It doesnt feel like period pain but I was doubled over the pain was so bad. Its finally gone but I dont feel very hopeful anymore. Did a POAS this morning and it was a BFN :(

:hug: Amy - it's not over yet - you've had other good signs so hopefully it will be ok. It's still really early for a hpt fx

Bit of cramping and spotting today. Hopefully that's not a bad sign? AF is still a week away...

Hi :) new to this thread. I have no idea when I should test but AF due in the next two days.... means I'll probably have AF on my b'day... unless I am UTD. When should I test and is there anyway I can put AF off for a couple of days lol?

OMG all my posts have gone, but today is 11dpo8dpt and I've been busting to share my news that on Monday (9dpo6dpt) I did a poas and that magical second line appeared. It was very faint but it was there, so did another one yesterday and this morning and the line is more obvious. BT not until next monday so lets hope we have some good sticky ones in there who can stay the distance.

I have a feeling that this month is not mine and that AF will be right on schedual *sigh* if only my LP would be longer this cycle... we DTD at every possible opportuntity so that we were cover no matter when O was but going by CP all that hard work will mean nothing :(

Damprye: Sorry to hear you are not feeling confident this time around but if AF is still not here then that's got to be a good sign.

Well I did another POAS this morning (I'm addicted) as I've got a cold at the moment and feeling pretty yuck... and yay that second line started coming up straight away and is as dark as the control line so hope that means my numbers are going up a great rate. I've got no more POAS's at home now and just feel to sick to want to go out and get anymore, plus it's a cold day again today, so I will just need to be satisfied with what I've got and hold out until Monday's BT.

Yays to hear about the line getting there even quicker :D bet you'll end up going out and buying more though ;P I know I would haha

AF is here today but so weirdly. TMI here but it is all gunky and clotty and there are even like clear transparent parts to it O_O I am only 9DPO ... again. 2nd VERY faint line on hpts but that does not surprise me. I knew that I should have started the vitex, b12 and progestalift this month :'( I wish that I had a sticky baby for my b'day tomorrow...

oh Dampyre so sorry to hear you little one wasn't a sticky one, but at least something started for you so that's got to be a good sign and I'm sure you will get your BFP very soon.

gday girls I think belly belly went haywire for a few days lol.. well bt came back as we already knew as a bfn so no progress was made but we saw the specialist yesterday just waiting for next af then start bt's to monitor for FET no drugs at all this time and the doc was very very good different specilaist as our oither one retired so just relaxing now and feeling much happier after yesterday

Sorry to hear you had no luck True Blue and Damprye.

My tummy is just starting to feel wrong too. Hope it's not though. It is only 6 days since my natural FET and it shouldn't be on it's way yet. Same thing happened last month though. Funny how cycle never starts ontime when your waiting for it, but loves to come earlier if you're not.

Just wanted to let you all know that my BT results are back and my HCG is 351 which is higher than with DD. I don't have any more BT's now kust my scan in 3 weeks time.

I'm hoping we will get to see some more BFP's very soon.

Yay Kelly I have been secretly stalking you as am now trying for our next IVF bub and have been so inspired to see that you have your BFP. Those numbers sound great. Just as a comparison my hcg was 226 at 15dpo with two! Will be hanging out for your first scan to see what's happening, wishing you all the best and so glad it was a 'quick' journey this time, lots of love xx

It's been so long since we've seen you and congrats on taking that next step to add to your family. I can't believe your little girls have grown so fast.... and thanks for the heads up about your HCG, with Tara my number was 305 16dpo but my progesterone was lower than this time around so I'll now have to wait patiently for the scan.

Thought Id join. Im in TWW, 3dpo, with first IUI (stim). Chances arnt good as DH sperm count came back as only 0.2 million washed!! But Im staying positive.

well, am officially in the TWW as of today 1 x blastie tfrd this morning. Am a bit nervous and excited all in one.

What, if any, early symptoms did people have after their implants?????

3 signs that made me think maybe this was the one...

1. I do believe that I felt my little one implant on the 2nd day (1st day after transfer) - it was like a sharp niggle in the same spot on and off not painful but I did notice it).

2. My tummy would gurgle after I ate (which it never does otherwise)

3. I had noticeable blue veins appear across my breats - they turned up on Saturday and I was due to have my Blood Test on the Tuesday. Hcg came at 153:)

(PS: I honestly thought that it was never going to happen for me and now I have a 3month old baby boy... I know that this process is really, really tough but try and keep the faith ladies - miracles do happen :hug: )

I had my transfer today, 2, 2 day embies and the 8 others will hopefully continue to grow to day 5

This 2ww is doing my head in, I had another look for a nuber 5 and couldnt find it

Hey Trish ~ just you and me so far it appears. I dont think there is a number 5 - I couldnt find it and it would be at the top of the list wouldnt it if there were 1.

I had two 4 day embies transfered yestie and havent heard about the other 5 yet but they are leaving them to get to blasties as well before freezing. Have you heard about how yours are going?
