I need something new to read, any suggestions? I do like real lfe stories, esp about people beating the odds like ppl from abusive childhoods who are making something of themselves... Or anything feel good, ill give anything a go really

Love in the driest season is a beautiful book. It's about and American Journo and his wife trying to adopt a baby from South Africa. Some sad bits, a great read still.
