We buy A2 milk. My son has a cows milk protein intolerance (I believe this is the problem not lactose intolerance) and so we have this milk so he can have it. Normally when he eats dairy from milkshakes to yoghurt, he can get bad stomach cramps, nausea, diahorrea and even sometimes green pooThere have been stories on the news about it too where people who previously reacted to milk with bloating, nausea and other stomach upsets from normal milk, have none on A2 milk. I think a protein intolerance is the issue for many people, not lactose. And after all it is milk made for baby cows, and ruminant animals have 4 stomachs for digestion. But thats just my humble opinion
ps. Apparently Jalna (? I am pretty sure its them) now have a line of A2 yoghurt.
