I drink (actually have a cup next to me at the moment!) Lady Grey tea. It's quite flowery and light, very nice. Or I second the chai latte With a bit of honey in it too.

I think they have changed the milo Marydean. I seem to get super buzzed off it too although I rarely have sugar in my diet so could be a sensitivity? Just noticed it in the last tin though.

I drink the organic ceylon chai tea in a green box. Natures something? I add a teaspoon of honey and about 1/4 of the mug is milk. I use the woolies honey that has the toffee sort of flavour (name eludes me) and it's super yum!

My sister got me a rooibos chai blend from I think it was adore tea? So it's caffeine free too, and so bautifully flavoursome.

Not a fan of dandelion, for some reason it makes me feel nauseous (it's a detoxing thing for your liver and I think mine's a bit overloaded LOL).

Hmm, might give the rooibos a try at some point, I didn't know it was designed to ahve with milk, I thought it was like a herbal.

Actual tea and coffee are out at that time of night (although I have resorted to decaf tea on occasion).

Crazylady, I'm glad you said that too, I've been wondering if it was my imagination. We first noticed when DD2 (who is three) was going crazy at bedtime, one night I said, right that's it no more Milo and she's been going down to sleep no probs since. I don't recall it being a problem until recently.

I had activite last night (in warm milk) then went to bed and slept soundly for 9+ hours (didn't even hear DH and the kids get up .

For those who loke Chai latte did you know you can get it in syrup form. DD2 got some for Christmas and said it is nice. She loves Chai latte but only certain brands and hates the one with vanilla

Interesting about the milo as I don't have mine very strong and have found it sweet when DH makes it like his.

Hot milk & honey works a treat. My kids love it when they can't sleep and it works wonders. It's been proven too.

It doesn't really matter. I normally do a few squeezes and then stir and taste. I nuke it but you can heat in a pan if you need to. It's really to taste.
