Anyone have Coles green beans..?

Similar.... I think it had butter beans (you know, the tinned ones).... Yours sounds yummy though, how does that go?

Toast the pinenuts. Crisp the bacon and break into small pieces. Toss through cooked beans with some lemon juice. I can't remember the quantities and there may be an ingredient missing, but it is a good enough basis to work with.

I saw that recipe Kate, I might try it at a later date (haven't got any pumpkin! ).

I went to coles today and looked on the little packets of beans, but its got the same recipe as the bigger bags. Oh well. It was mainly green beans, butter beans, and some seasonings. I don't know if there was any tomato in it or anything, but I'll experiment.

Have u checked the Coles website at all?? I have found a couple of their recipes on there that have been on their packets as well....HTH
