Apricot Chicken

I usually serve mine on either rice or almond couscous.

I don't usually add any extra vegies though... We're all pretty boring here when it comes to our apricot chicken... I do however add extra apricot halves to the mix

I love saucy dishes with mash. They just go together. I normally add veggies as a side.

I add dried apricots, usually serve with rice and vegies on the side.
