Best Banana Bread??

Hi,
Ive been searching the net for the best banana bread recipes and haven't found the right one yet ( have searched 100s and 1000s of websites) but they seem to have a cake like texture when cooked I'm looking for a firmer texture, but it still has to be moist- like Gloria Jeans banana bread. Any one have any recipes (preferably lower in fat or a little healthy- if thats possible)
