You can freeze quiche after its cooked and cooled. Either whole or sliced.
Mashed potato doesnt freeze well unless its with something - eg sheps pie or with a sauce. I find that when it defrosts and reheats its texture is a bit different. I just put loads of sauce on it!
Cooked spaghetti will freeze with sauce but i wouldnt do it on it own - personally havent tried to freeze it by itself but would see the point really as its a much trouble to defrost and reheat as it is to cook it fresh.
