Default Can you freeze stuff that has been iced?

I am currently baking lots to get ready for school starting and am wondering if it works out OK if you ice cup cakes and slices before you freeze them?

    TIA

Yep - I made cupcakes a little while ago and froze them with the icing on...also chocolate slice...they were both fine
