Casseroles? Any ideas?

I have this really nice casserole dish I have never used because I cant seem to find a recipe I like.

Anyone got any favourite casserole or stew recipe?

If you check out the slow cooker chatter / recipes there are lots that can be adapted with the addition of a little extra fluid. The sausage casserole is really good!! Enjoy

My secret to a good casserole is using french onion soup mix in it. Adds a really savoury yummy taste and you don't need to add salt. Also some wine always bumps up the flavour.

I must be slack I love the packet mixes in the shops The french wine one? McCormacks is sooo nice
