Sez I'd love that chicken sanga receipe! I LOVE Chick sanga's! I think I'd like to do as little as possible for the catering myself though - I have heaps of receipes here but know I will be knackered when I get there and short on time... But I don't even know what is deemed "acceptable" at these things and with so many people on so many special diets for medical reasons!!!!
