    Choc Ripple Variations?

Just wondering if anyone has made a Chocolate Ripple cake (you know, the one with the biscuits and cream) using other biscuits? I have a pack of Gingernut Snaps in the pantry and was wondering if it would work and how it would taste...

I can't see why gingersnap biscuits wouldn't work.

My DH made the choc ripple one last week, but he spread Nutella on one side of the biscuits and added a little nutella to the cream. Very yummo.

I use Ginger nut biscuits, and have done butternut snaps also.
