Me. It makes awesome ice magic ;-)

Seriously though, I've only just bought my first ever jar so I'm not a big user yet.

I use it stacks. An alternative to butter on DS's toast or on scones, in cooking all the time, for curries or stews or bakes pork in the slow cooker etc. Also in things like bliss balls (ground nuts, prunes, puffed amaranth, rice syrup and coconut oil, Fresh LSA rolled into balls then rolled on coconut flakes). Put it in smoothies and icecream. Also great on your skin and hair. When ds was still eating mashed up foods I would put a little bit of it in him mashed veg or meat etc. It's also great to cook with in your muffins or cakes or almond or coconut bread

I read about it on here so looked for it when shopping, but was thrown a bit when I saw it! How do you use it? Do you soften it first somehow?

Teeki above 22degrees Celsius it is a liquid so doesn't take much to soften it and usually in summer or if you live somewhere hot it's always a liquid.

    Me! As you already know.

Love it as a body moisturiser. Living in qld it's liquid the majority of the time so I have a pump bottle in the bathroom. Use it in cooking and lots of things!

I just buy mine from the health food shop.

I get mine from the health food shop. Since I've turned Paleo, I'm using it more and more these days. I like it to cook with better than olive oil in my fry pan

There are SO many recipes out there now that includes it, I made a fruit and nut bar yesterday that had half a cup of it in there - and they are pretty nice! Can't wait to try more things.

I buy mine from the health food store, but coles sells it now too.

em.. - I made a muffin recipe from the website of the manufacturer of the coconut flour I bought. It was very yummy I think it also used coconut oil in the recipe.

    Coconut oil...

Me! I cook with it, moisturise, wash my hair (shampoo & conditioner) and take them in gel capsules. My skin is really nice It is brilliant because it doesnt spoil like other oils and adds a yummo cononut flavour to stir fry etc

    Coconut oil...

Coconut flour is brilliant - high fibre - so you can substitute half the recipe's flour with it. But substitute all and its too much for most things.

Just ordered my first coconut sugar, cant wait!

    Olive they sound yummy!

Kelly I have coconut palm sugar and Rapadura sugar, they are both delicious! So much more depth of flavor and both alkaline! Over Xmas I made gingerbread with the Rapadura sugar and used the palm sugar to make the royal icing with, turned out perfect. I also use either or in my muffins etc or raw local honey.

    Coconut oil...

Great to hear its yummy cherished! I hear things like stevia and other natural sweeteners arent as good at the moment because they are starting to be processed etc... The coconut sugar I ordered is organic so will be good, and low GI too.

I just got some too. Added a teaspoon to my green tea and it was yummy! Looking forward to experimenting with it.
