i think you cn make a pasta sauce with it - like a low fat carbonara - mix it with eggs and then put it in after some peas, mushrooms (bacon if you want it). yum.
    Yum!

You can mix it with salsa sauce to make a dip. Mix little bits of each together first to see if you like the taste.

You can mix it with cocoa powder (or milo at a pinch) to make a filling, then use it to stick or stack biscuits together (whatever's in the cupboard)

You can make a carrot cake and use it for icing (my favourite)

You could use it to make icing for patty cakes

I mix it with smoked trout, dill, and a few other bits and use it for stuffing those small sweet chillies in the jars that the name of escapes me right now....

you often see them already stuffed in deli displays but I don't like whatever they use.

i have also sometimes used this mix in wrap with some lettuce to bulk it out.

Me too! I also love it on pizza, on bagels, in pasta dishes, on crackers with semi dried tomato on top, or smoked salmon or top, or caviar on top... on anything really!
