Cooked Lettuce!!!!

OMG I just want to barf when I get a sandwich/roll/burger and they've put in one of sandwich presses AFTER the lettuce has gone on and the lettuce cooks. It's disgusting!!!
Lettuce should be cold and crisp at ALL TIMES people!!!
