I have got some diced lamb and I don't know what to do with it.
Id like to make use of my SC that IU've only used once so far, but would have to start it from frozen (and maybe use a timer), since I work during the day.

i want to be able to turn it on at 7:30am and come home to delicious smells at 6pm.

Any suggestions? Or for other meat cuts - things i can do from frozen...
