I have got some diced lamb and I don't know what to do with it.
Id like to make use of my SC that IU've only used once so far, but would have to start it from frozen (and maybe use a timer), since I work during the day.
i want to be able to turn it on at 7:30am and come home to delicious smells at 6pm.
Any suggestions? Or for other meat cuts - things i can do from frozen...
Rayray I can't help on the frozen lamb question ut I realised I got the name of the Malouf book wrong - it is "Arabesque", not "Moorish" (the Maloufs wrote both books but Arabesque is the better one IMO)
there is a great lamb rogan josh in one of the old slow cooker threads... My DH just loves it...
I cook it all day on low.
ETA - If you put the frozen lanb in the fridge overnight it should thaw, and then you can cook in during the day.....

If you use a jar curry do you just chuck the lamb, the sauce etc all in in the morning and let it cook all day? I am so dumb when it comes to these things, only got my SC on the weekend!!
