SPinach is awesome, I have a snowball one too - it has cheese and bacon etc. and is baked for a while in the cob. BBS will see if I can find it!

I've never made a spinach one, but mine is as follows:

    1 tub of Philly cheese
    1 tub of sour cream
1 packet of french onion soup mix

Melt some grated cheese on top, sprinkle with paprika

So bad for you, but so dang tasty

Omg, I didn't know what this was until I read this thread...I googled it and am seriously drooling over this, I want a salmon one NOW! Best idea ever, every other dip eating option now seems inferior

    Yummy cob loaf dip

    4 short-cut bacon rashers diced
    1 onion diced
    2 cans creamed corn
    250g sour cream
    1 cob loaf
    1 cup grated tasty cheese

Fry up bacon and onion. Mix creamed corn, sour cream and grated cheese. Add in slightly cooled bacon and onion. Pour mix into hollowed out cob loaf, bake in moderate oven for 25 mins. I like to buy one of those back at home turkish breads from Woolies, cut it up and put it in the oven for the last 10 mins or so to toast and then serve up very yummy and popular with everyone!
