    Easy tuna bake

1 can tuna (I use tuna in springwater) drained
2 cups cooked rice or risoni
    1 cup cheese
    extra cheese for topping
1 can cream of celery soup
    1tsp celery salt

    Preheat oven to 180C
put the extra cheese aside, and mix all other ingredients together.
Spread in a glass or ceramic baking dish or casserole, yop with extra cheese and cook.

I cooked mine last night for about 20-30 mins.
The roce os already cooked so you're basically melting the cheese to hold it together.

You can use pasta instead of rice, Im not sure whether you'd need to play around with the quantities

rayray, my tuna bake is almost the same except I use a can of cream of mushroom soup and add a chopped up stick of celery and a chopped up onion. Sometimes I add a teaspoon of mustard as well.

    Hi girls?

Could I freeze this tuna bake, if I make it today, and want to use it for dinner/lunches from Tuesday next week ?

I've got a good quick and easy tuna macaroni bake...

    A can of tomato soup
    Macaroni
    1 onion
    Grated cheese
    Large can tuna

Qts - I make them up as I go... depends how much I make - which is heaps coz I love it being so easy. Can be frozen and reheated super easy too.

    Put macaroni on to cook
Cook onion and tuna, mix in tom soup and cook.
Layer mac then sauce then mac then sauce etc - end with sauce and top with grated cheese and bake for about 20 mins. - I always layer with cheese as well, but I lurve cheese. Yummo... must be time I made this again.

Yep I freeze it all the time it defrosts quite well, sometimes a little dry if you've defrosted in the microwave but still tastes nice.
