    Sounds ok to me? I used to work at a restaurant (back in the my younger days loL) and we froze soup with meat, so if its ok to sell to customers lol it should be ok for you

    when it's reheated, it will come out like a meaty soup, rather than soup with meat chunks (if that makes sense!). the meat will absorb the soup flavours so will be different texture and taste wise to when you make it fresh - but should still be delish anyway!

    we've done this with vegie soup - shredded chicken into - tasted awesome when it was reheated!

    Normally towards the end I add a couple fo whole potatos to it and then chunk it up to add to the soup after it has been cooked...do you think I could also then freeze the potato too or would it become too waterlogged?
