i make meals with everything in them and freeze for DH to take away
the only suggestion i'd make is to ensure the spud is slightly undercooked so that it can finish cooking when you reheat it (but only just underdone as, for a kidlet, you won't heat it super hot again!)
The only 'issue' if at all would be that it'll probably be more stewy than soupy IYKWIM? But still be yummy I reckon! Yeah, i second the slightly undercooking the potato too, so it doesn't go too mushy when you reheat it.
