1/2- 1 chinese cabbage or savoy shredded finely
6 green onions chopped into 5mm lengths
100g lightly roasted pine nuts
1 pkt changs fried noodles
Dressing
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 castor sugar
1tbs soy sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
Combine all dressing ingredients in a saucepan over low heat until sugar is dissolved (my friend doesn't do this she just shakes it well) Cool then toss thru salad, add noodles at the last minute.
