    Yum!! I was going to suggest smoothies, or strawberry milkshakes. Smoothies are great with breakfast too. Or you could chop them up and freeze them to use later, in muffins or crumbles/pies.
    Or you could a strawberry tart or pavlova with strawberries on top.

    Yum.. we get cheap bulk stawbs over summer from the farm down the road.. we ALWAYs manage to eat them before they go off.. The list really is endless..
    most have been said but we love them just with icecream for dessert, and for smoothies for breakfast..
    if you cant use them, mash them up and put in ice cube trays, then defrost for muffins or desserts etc..
    yummm.. it's about time we got our bulk lot..

    Strawberries, whipped cream, melted chocolate & a good movie, quite possibly my idea of heaven on earth at the moment.

    ahem... coming from a pregnant lady who can't get enough if them... and saltana's in chocolate, and banana's... and, well, any fruit wrapped in sugar ><;

    You could make a whole lot of berry coulis - like you get drizzled over desserts - I've put it at the bottom of mousses before (raspberry coulis at the bottom of white chocolate mousse is devine, sure strawberry would be ace too), drizzled it over ice-cream...and you could bottle it for Christmas presents?

    Let me know if you want a recipe, think I got mine from a Tupperware cookbook.

    Hmmm, half a strawberry per glass of champagne means you better get started pretty quick smart!

    I suggest smoothies!
    You can freeze them
    strawberry pavlova
    strawberry sandwiches (haha - sorry couldn't help myself)
    what about strawberry syrup for ice cream

    mmmmmmmmmm good luck with it!
