Smiles - i just tried to make that one, it needs a few adjustments to the recipe
No need to put it in a tin, just pour it onto greeseproof paper (like Nigella) - it doesnt make a huge amount.
Dont boil it for 7 mins, it will burn. I set a timer and mine bubbled for 6 mins on med heat before i smelt it had gone too far, i still made it and it set well but tastes burnt. Maybe do a rapid simmer for 5 mins ????
That's maybe what happened with our other recipe, it wasnt cooked for long enough, that why it didnt set properly.
