Hi all,

Well today i had a go at the Nigella Lawson's honeycomb recipe it seemed easy enough to make but sadly it didn't set, was gooey (i even tried to harden it in the fridge but to no avail)

Don't know what i did wrong

Does anyone know a honeycomb recipe that is easy to make & more to the point easily sets hard ??
