Default how do i hide veggies?

my poor little Krystal is constipated at the moment, i feel its my fault, that she isnt eating enough veggies.

i have heard about pureeing (sp) veggies, as to hide them a little, but what food can i put a pureed vegetable in?!

she WILL NOT eat a pea with her mashed potato and chicken, but if she has fried rice from the chinese shop, she will polish off half the container.. peas and all!

i need some help! what are some good meals for her to eat without realising she has a mouthful of veggies!!

Hi, there's a couple of threads in teh food section about a book called Deceptively Delicious, it's by Jeff Seinfeld's wife Jessica, and it has the most amazing collection of vegetables hidden in normal looking food.

I saw it on Oprah the other day and I was amazed!

go the spag bol!! lol pureed onion, carrot and celery in bolognaise sauce, tacos, meatballs....always goes down a treat with my goddaughter!

A girlfirend also makes "chips" out of parsnip and pumpkin - really really thinly sliced veggies baked int the oven or fried (no the healthiest, but they work!)
