    How to stop apples turning brown?

    Any suggestions anyone?

    I've been feeling a bit sick & have been eating green apples to help, but I was wondering if there was some way I could stop them from going brown once I peel them. I have to go out tomorrow & want to make sure I have one with me JIC, but prefer them peeled (don't ya love pregnancy LOL).

    Yup lemon juice works a treat! also stops avocado browning!
