My mum makes the meatballs (similar to Zazou) and uses a tin of condensed tomato soup for the sauce (just add garlic and herbs). OMG it's sooooo yummy! Her hint is to add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and let it simmer for a bit to soak in some of that yumminess.

For something different, I cooked the meatloaf on the front of the Superfood ideas mag - it's just a meatloaf with mashed potato on top. Sort of like a cottage pie/meatloaf combo.
