sorry but the only thing that would work for me was cordial. Not the really sugary stuff but the bickfords lemon cordial etc (not the overly sweet crap, highly coloured stuff).
But I had the same all three pregnancies, and cordial helped heaps and it helped with my blood sugar levels which always drop in first trimester, help with blood pressure too Im sure![]()

If you mix it with anything that doesn't have caffeine (a cup of coffee for example dehydrates you more than the water will hydrate you) then its a win.
