I think I'm obsessed. Yes I got a new gadget. But really a lot of what I do in it could be done by hand...

I have made Ricotta, Spreadable Butter and Butter (going to make cultured butter next!)...

I can't wait to make...

Yoghurt (doing it tonight)
Mascarpone
Sour Cream
Cream Cheese

I have recipes for all of these and I'm bouncing with excitement to start making them... So much cheaper and easy because if you have the basic ingredients on hand you can do anything! And really takes no time at all.

I even found a dairy around the corner and I'll be calling them in the morning to find out if I can buy cream in bulk (cheaper hopefully)...

Anyone else?
