The Temp gauge on my oven disent work. I prefer a longer slower cook. This way you know what ever your cooking is cooked properly... (but thats just me... ) i'd say not too high as the marinade will burn and taste horrible.
I'd serve them with salad or if ur like us we prefer to eat wings with our fingers (is there any other way) so maybe other finger type foods. Maybe some rice, garlic bread, sticks of carrots and celery. Nice corn on the cob
I cook them and have them with either chicken rice or homemade fried rice.
We tend to cook them on 200 for about 40 mins or so. Keep an eye on them and turn them down if you need to but it always seems to work fine for me. Try not to turn them until they are really cooked underneath. The pan will inevitably be a mess (ours always is) but its so worth it!
