Mince
Grated onion
Grated cheese
Egg
Bread crumbs
Tomato paste
Minced garlic

All to taste

I put all that in mine. The cheese sometimes. Then put them in an oven tray with bolognese/pasta sauce over the top & cook like that. Served with spaghetti pasta.
