i cheat - i buy rissoles from the local butcher (he makes awesome rissoles) - break them into thirds, roll them up, then cook them in tomato soup in the oven (my bro does same in micro) and serve with mashed spud - divine and oh so easy!
if DH is in the right kinda mood to make them at home, he uses good quality sausage mince, adds carrot and onion and some season all spicy, makes small balls with flower on them, and same deal...\
really depends on how you want to cook them to be honest!
