mince meat and snags...suggestions please!

A couple of things we make with mince are:

Tacos
Chow mein - the recipe for this is on back of Continental Chicken Noodle Soup packs
Meatballs & spagetti
Bolognese sauce to make lasagne, pasta bakes to mix it up from just spag bog
Home made sausage rolls - donna hay has a really simple and tasty recipe let me know if you'd like it

I have a 100 ways with mince cookbook somewhere at home I will have a look tonight and see if there is anything else.

I have a great mince and maccaroni recipe for the microwave....will dig it out and type it up for you.

One of our regular meals that involve mince is a great recipe from the Masterchef website called Meatballs with Tomato Risoni.. it is soo good!!! Highly recommend it!

Buy good quality gourmet sausages and wrap them in puff pasty and bake. This make very easy sausage rolls and serve with a salad of roast vegies tossed in pesto(or other salad).

Everyone loves sausage rolls!

oo thanks girls im glad i'll have a few more things to cook for DH.

he wont eat chunks of meat because he can see they came from an animal where as mince/snags you cant really tell whats what. but he'll eat fish as "i cant see where they live" ..and chicken...he wont eat after working at a large company who sell chicken meat (that a plant burnt down in Vic a dew weeks back) he wont eat it. so what 'meat' we eat in this house is limited, unless i cook two lots of meat up which i dont do as often now...
