You can make your own fruit straps/leathers
line baking trays with baking paper and cover the baking paper in cling wrap trying to make it as wrinkle free as possible.
Puree your choice of fruit and push through a sieve. Then spread over the tray in a even layer. (Dont make it transparent)
Put in the oven with the door slightly ajar at 120 degrees (no fan), for 3+ hours to test. touch the centre, it should feel dry, not tacky
Remove from the oven and peel off the plastic, cut into ribbons with a knife or scissors.
