Okay, Lilprecious. I hope DH is feeling better.
So far, I have found a Tabouli recipe in my books, but not so sure on the baked beans. Can't seem to find the one I have in mind, but I have a slow cooker recipe book that I may look in. Perhaps you could have a look through the slow cooker threads.

Tabouli
1/2 cup fine bourghul
1 cup warm water
3 cups fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped

Place bourghul in a large bowl and cover with warm water.
Top with tomato and cucumber, add parley and mint.
Let stand for 40 minutes.
Toss together with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and serve.

Actually, that doesn't sound too bad, and I haven't had it before. I might make it tomorrow. Along with some sausage rolls!
