Don't get any !!! Get a mild steel one from a proper cooking store!! You season and treat it like a wok and it is better than any non-stick you woudl ever find. Seriously - I have two - both cost me sub-$30 and are great. They are even oven proof so great for frittatas.
Totally agree. Either steel or a good cast iron pan.
