    LOL you can get good at it when you practice!! DH & I used to make it heaps and then he did a sushi course with a Japanese chef and was happy to see we made it just fine

    yeah that would be the best thing to do. Get a real japanese chef to show you how to make it then it would be great u could eat it non stop

    DH had a japanese exchange student live with his family when he was a teenager and she taught him all he knows. I like dh sushi the best coz he uses just the right amount of rice vinegar. yum yum yum

    mmmmmmmmmm yum i couldnt think of a nicer food than sushi and wish i knew how to make it..

    It is really not that hard to make.
    I bought one of those obento sushi kits and had it in my pantry for ages...one day I had a huge craving for sushi and no desire to go and get some so I made some!
    It wasn't that hard tho they definately weren't as neat as the ones in the shop they didn't taste that different
    I love rice paper rolls too...oh yeah!!!

    Love it. Cant have it from the shops now I am pg again BUT I made it at home the other night with fresh cooked prawns, avocado and cucumber!!!! Oh it was so good. Must admit that by the time I had finished making it and sat down I might just have managed to eat my body weight in sushi already in the kitchen...

    DH thought I was dead cleaver too.
