We like it best on top of vanilla ice cream, mixed in with fruit salad or my kids just eat them straight from the fruit with a teaspoon. We freeze excess in ice cube trays. We had loads of vines as a kid and when we got a glut my Mum would put out a box on the street with a sign saying "Free - Help Yourself" which was always appreciated by our neighbours.

The man next door does that with his lemon tree... well the excess lemons at least.

Ha ha Tracey! Well my passionfruit vine is still flowering so I think that means that there will be more fruit coming?? If so I'll save you some as I already have enough passion cubes to last me a long while!!! If I had nice neighbours I would share with them but that's another story lol!

Kerry I absolutely loved the ice cream, perfect in this weather! Now to decide what to make next........!!
