    OMG I just made the first ones and I could have sat and ate the whole bowl of mixture raw!!! DH says they are the best choc chip bikkies he has ever had.

    Glad you like them MrsMac, they're a definitely family favourite. Nestles have a similar recipe but I don't like theirs as much because from memory it uses less condensed milk.
    My kids always come and steal some of the butter, sugar and condensed milk mix and always tell me they want to try it on pancakes! lol
    Oh by the way... this mixture freezes really well too because there's no eggs in it... I usually make up 2 batches, one to cook and one to freeze... I roll the mix up into a sausage shape, and wrap in cling wrap and put it into the freezer. All you have to do then is cut out some rounds of cookie dough and cook them... easy

    Great idea about freezing, I might do that next time although seriously one batch is more than 1/2 gone in less than 24 hours LOL I took a few to work and everyone who had one wants the recipe. I didn't have enough cho bits but the biscuit themselves are so nice they don't need them.

    Wow I'll be giving them both ago, shouldn't wave the choc chip recipie infront of the pregnant woman, who has no food control at the moment!!! YUMMO!!!
