Cheese twists - you can buy these at the supermarket or you can make your own just by cutting strips of ready rolled pastry and sprinkling with cheese and twisting a couple of strips together and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or so. They'll keep in just an airtight container and go well with any dips.
Would you believe I DO have a mini muffin tray! Will hit Exclusively Food for some recipes.
Love the idea of Mini pizzas! I was wondering what to pack for them for a dinner! Need a dough recipe. Can look that up. I have some Ramekin too (actually its a lot!) - so a bit of baking paper can make them mini quiche sized no? DH loves quiche.
I loved pikelets covered in cinnamon sugar. My mum used to make it for us all the time.
I was going to make melting moments, but then I remembered I am vacuuming my car before I leave, lol.
Thanks so much ladies. You are right about limiting the sugar. 5 kids in a car for 10 hours on a sugar high simply can't make for a fun drive. Rather sit on the roof myself! Despite the min 1 temps all across the eastern seaboard!
