What do you eat when you've got a salty craving? (Short of going to the shop and buying a large packet of chips and sharing them with no one)

And what do you recomend as an easy, relatively healthy (is that even possible?!?) snack to fulfil such a craving? Preferably something not out of a packet, and either quick and easy to make on the spot (because let's face it, who wants to cook, we just want to eat!), or is pre-prepared and frozen/in the fridge for an easy defrost/nuke/toast/etc.
