Next time you use them put in paper cases then see how they are after a hot soapy wash.
I have one from Aldi and find it doesn't clean like tin pans but still cooks well. I clean mine with hot soapy water and use a green scrub pad as well to get off any food left on.

i bought one today, haven't undone packaging. Are they rubbish? If they are, i'll return mine. I bought a mini muffin tray. If you have to line them with patty pans, what's the point of them?????

Not sure of other brands but mine is used for zucchini slice and I find it stains but I can live with that.

I just got mine out today and found the same - tacky. It irritates me when I try to use it anyway so I think I'm going to chuck it out.

Mmmm - I will just live with the tackiness I think - sounds like it isn't my "user-error" which has caused it.
