My DH does an awesome Steak Diane where he gets the alcohol flaming and it is soooo delicious. He doubles the amount of sauce so I can have it all over my vegies, and then he washes up after as well...
Part of someone cooking for you is that they also do the clean up afterwards... nothing worse than having DH cook to help me out, but then me having to do the dishes after.

Some really nice dips and pate and cheese to start.
DH's risotto with prawns drizzled with mascarpone cheese.
Don't really eat dessert but I had a really nice Baileys Irish Cream muffin the other day. Had the gooey stuff in the middle. Was pretty yum.

Bit fascinated with Beef Wellington (beef wrapped in pastry) though and keep meaning to give that whirl.

    Portabello mushroom quesilladas
Tofu cashew nut stirfry and spring rolls

And probably dark chocolate mousse for dessert.

Ohhh... for entree I'd have tortellini pesto.
Main I'd have Vitello Scaloppine Boscaiola (which is an italian dish of veal scallops in a mushroom/ham/wine/cream sauce)
    Dessert I'd have chocolate mousse.
