    I hadn't even thought of buying them de-boned or ready to cook *lol* What a great idea... I can still claim i made it haha...

    How long would it take to cook?
    The recipe i have says they take 9 hours to cook, I just had a brand new stainless steal oven installed yesterday which is big enough to fit a pig in!! I can't wait to use it.
