anyone eaten or have a good recipe to use kangaroo mince in ..... we are having it tonight am going ot use one of those just add mince pasta bakes but have a couple more kilos in freezer any ideas

ooohh yum! Ive never cooked kangaroo before but mum used to cook K steaks a lot.
I think it would great with any regular mince recipe!

I used it to make bolognese sauce once... I mixed it with beef mince so DD wouldn't know
