What to do with 40 Prawns for Good Friday?

I just love them done in garlic Not much help I know

When I think of prawns, i think of what my dad cooked for me a year or so ago. Butterfly the prawns, threw them on some skewers, a bit of fresh chilli and garlic and fried them up...so delicious.. but may not be a good idea as a main meal, more of an appetizer.
