* Toasted grain bread with spicy eggplant relish, tasty cheese and a fried egg.
* Toasted grain bread with peanut butter, sliced banana and a drizzle of honey
* Heat baked beans and melt through some really tasty cheddar and tabasco sauce, fried bacon too if you have it... eat out of the saucepan with toast fingers stuck in if in a rush!
* Or how about french toast with maple syrup and some kind of fruit if available, eg sliced nana or berries.
Jacket potato (in the microwave) w baked beans, cheese or tuna, corn & mayo
Quiche with baked beans
Baked beans on toast
Packet macaroni cheese (I generally don't eat processed foods)
Tuna pesto pasta
Cheese and vegemite toasted sanga
Vitawheats and something
Or we usually have a big batch of homemade spaghetti sauce or risotto that DP has made.
We had a family friend who had a meat and salad sandwich for dinner every night, as she said it held all the food groups and wasn't too heavy on her stomach for when she went to bed.
Omelettes are great.
Otherwise a very quick stirfry with noodles (frozen vege, frozen chicken sliced very thin, teriyaki sauce, noodles) in the wok about 5 mins great...
Icecream if you're really desperate lol
